Return/exchange policy:
At, our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. Please read the options below before returning or exchanging the item you have received.
  • You will have 14 days from delivery of your package to file a return claim with customer service. 
  • You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns or exchanges.
  • If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, or is not what you ordered, or the wrong size, we can send a replacement upon our confirmation and arrival of your returned product.
  • All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, with the original tags attached.
  • We only replace items if they are damaged or defective and if the item is still in stock.
***When sending an item back to KawaiiKowai, customers must use a courier that provides tracking or we will not be able to process a return or exchange***
To begin a return or exchange, please click or tap the "Contact Us" link on any page for customer support and include your:
  • Order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email used for the order, this will also be the email we contact you on.
  • Photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item, if applicable.
Refunds (if applicable):
  • Refunds are issued only upon approval. Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days, and credit will be applied to the credit card used or original form of payment.
